AssetsFlow separates review from final delivery. Clients receive the approved files in a dedicated portal while your team controls access and can see whether the package was accepted or needs attention.
How it works
Select approved files
Build a delivery package from the versions that are ready for the client.
Set access
Choose preview or download access, then add an expiry when the package is time-sensitive.
Record acceptance
Clients accept the package or report an issue, leaving a project-level delivery record.

- Only approved project files enter the delivery package

Common questions
Can a delivery link be withdrawn?+
Yes. Your team can revoke an active delivery link, and can use an expiry date for time-limited access.
Can clients preview before downloading?+
Yes when preview access is enabled and the file type is supported. Download access remains a separate delivery setting.
How does the client confirm delivery?+
The client can accept the package with their name and email, or report an issue for the team to resolve.
