1. Agreement, eligibility, and authority
By creating an account, using AssetsFlow, or accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for a company, team, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
The English and Traditional Chinese versions are equally authoritative. If their meaning appears inconsistent, contact [email protected] before relying on the disputed wording.
2. Accounts, workspaces, and client data
You are responsible for your account, sign-in method, workspace members, project permissions, invited recipients, and activity performed through your access. Workspace administrators may manage members, projects, client contacts, billing, assets, reviews, and deliveries.
You keep the rights you already have in files, messages, brand information, instructions, and other content you provide. You grant AssetsFlow a limited right to host, copy, process, transform, transmit, preview, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
- You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide client, employee, reviewer, and third-party data.
- Keep your own backup of important files; AssetsFlow is not your only archival copy.
- Do not use hidden UI state as a security control; configure workspace, project, folder, review, and delivery access carefully.
3. Project email and communications
Project email is a project-scoped email workflow, not a general chat, marketing, or bulk-mail service. Messages and attachments may be processed by an email provider and associated with the project record.
You are responsible for recipient addresses, message content, consent to contact recipients, and compliance with anti-spam and communications laws. Delivery can be delayed, rejected, filtered, or blocked by receiving systems. A sent status does not guarantee inbox placement or receipt.
4. Assets, AI features, and professional review
AssetsFlow may provide upload, preview, processing, AI-assisted generation, analysis, or editing features. Inputs and outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for publication. You must review outputs before client delivery, advertising, trademark use, regulated use, or professional reliance.
Where the law permits, AssetsFlow does not claim ownership of output created through your account. No promise is made that output is original, non-infringing, legally protectable, or accepted by a platform or authority.
5. Reviews, deliveries, public links, and project memory
Review and delivery links can allow people without an AssetsFlow account to access scoped project content. Anyone who obtains a valid link may be able to use it until it expires, is revoked, or is otherwise restricted. You are responsible for choosing recipients, access settings, expiry dates, download permissions, and content included in a link.
Review decisions, delivery acceptance, activity history, and confirmed project context may become part of the project record. Project memory is operational context, not an authoritative legal archive; verify important obligations against your own contracts and records.
6. Plans, subscriptions, credits, taxes, and payment
Paid features may be sold as recurring subscriptions or one-time credit packs. Checkout shows the selected product, billing interval, currency, and applicable tax information before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not reverse the current paid period.
Credits are a limited service entitlement, not money, a deposit, or stored value. They may have plan-specific expiry or usage rules shown in the product. Failed or cancelled processing may result in a ledger adjustment or returned credits; returned credits are not a cash refund.
You are responsible for accurate billing and tax information. Taxes may be calculated or collected by our payment provider based on the information available at checkout and the jurisdictions where AssetsFlow is registered to collect them.
- The first subscription purchase or first credit-pack purchase may be refunded when requested within seven days and the purchased subscription entitlement or credit pack has not been used at all.
- Renewals, later purchases, partially used entitlements, and used credit packs are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Chargebacks, payment failure, fraud, or abuse may cause access limits, suspension, or correction of the credit ledger.
7. Availability, changes, suspension, and termination
AssetsFlow is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of beta features, preservation of every file forever, or compatibility with every browser, mail provider, or file type.
We may limit, suspend, remove content, disable public links, or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, legal risk, abuse, infringement, material breach, or operational protection. You may stop using the service and request account assistance through support; deletion and export are handled according to available product functions, operational safeguards, and applicable law.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed business outcome. AssetsFlow is not professional legal, tax, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetsFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost revenue, lost data, reputational harm, or third-party claims. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product, law, and operations change. The version and effective date appear above. Material changes may also be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms unless law requires a different process.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Support and billing questions can be sent to [email protected].
