1. Lawful and authorized use
Use AssetsFlow only for lawful business and creative workflows that you are authorized to conduct. Respect privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, publicity, consumer protection, export, sanctions, communications, and sector-specific requirements.
2. Email and recipient protection
Project email is for genuine project communication with known clients and collaborators. It must not be used as a bulk, cold outreach, newsletter, or automated messaging platform.
- No unsolicited commercial email, purchased or harvested lists, address enumeration, list washing, or evasion of unsubscribe and suppression requirements.
- No impersonation, deceptive sender identity, phishing, credential collection, malware, or messages that conceal their true purpose.
- No attempts to bypass sending limits, provider blocks, complaint controls, delivery safeguards, or account restrictions.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload, generate, process, send, publish, or link to content that is illegal, exploitative, threatening, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, rights-infringing, malicious, or designed to facilitate wrongdoing.
- No sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, credible threats, or instructions primarily intended to cause harm.
- No infringement of copyright, trademark, likeness, confidentiality, trade-secret, or contractual restrictions.
- No malicious code, denial-of-service, credential abuse, unauthorized scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with AssetsFlow or a provider.
4. Storage, public links, and AI abuse
Do not use AssetsFlow as a public file host, anonymous drop box, piracy repository, traffic relay, surveillance system, or a way to distribute content outside a genuine project workflow. Do not use AI features to evade safeguards, deceive recipients about material facts, or make unsupported professional or regulated claims.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate, rate-limit, block delivery, quarantine content, disable links, remove material, suspend features, or terminate access when necessary to protect recipients, providers, the service, or legal rights. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to providers or authorities when required or appropriate.
Report abuse to [email protected]. Include the relevant link, message information, and enough context to investigate, but do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
