Privacy Requests

Email [email protected] from the account or contact address involved. State whether you seek access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or another privacy review, and identify the relevant workspace or public link if known.

We may verify identity, account control, workspace authority, client relationship, jurisdiction, and an authorized agent's documentation. We will not disclose workspace data to a requester who cannot demonstrate appropriate authority.

Requests may be limited by another person's rights, workspace obligations, security, fraud prevention, legal holds, accounting duties, provider constraints, and applicable law. Deletion from active systems does not necessarily remove data immediately from backups, logs, payment records, or legally retained evidence.

We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. AssetsFlow does not promise a shorter universal deadline where the law does not require one.
