1. Necessary storage
Necessary cookies and browser storage support authentication, session continuity, security, locale routing, consent records, and requested product state. They cannot be disabled through the consent panel because the requested service may not work without them.
- Authentication and session cookies managed by the sign-in system.
- assetsflow_consent, which records the consent version, analytics choice, and decision time.
- Session or local storage for temporary landing-page drafts, pinned navigation, review state, and other user-requested interface continuity.
2. Optional analytics
With your permission, AssetsFlow may send limited product events to Google Analytics 4 to understand feature use and reliability. Optional analytics is off before a valid consent choice, after rejection, and after withdrawal. First-party operational and security records needed to provide the service are not optional analytics.
We do not authorize analytics events to contain project content, filenames, prompts, email content, access tokens, or other customer content. Analytics identifiers may still be personal data under applicable law.
Necessary exception diagnostics are separate from optional product analytics. They do not use error-monitoring browser persistence and do not collect page views, clicks, heatmaps, performance traces, or session replay in the current configuration.
3. Managing your choice
On first visit, you can accept optional analytics, reject it, or open preferences. You can reopen Cookie settings from this page and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal affects future optional analytics and does not retroactively erase lawfully processed records.
Browser controls can remove or block storage, but doing so may sign you out, forget preferences, or prevent parts of AssetsFlow from working.
You can reopen preferences at any time to allow or withdraw optional analytics for future activity.
